Co-led by Paramita Dutta (UNRISD) and Jean McLean (GEC), the Gender Justice Working Group provides a dynamic platform for members to collaborate on advancing gender equity within the framework of eco-social contracts. The group delves into topics such as gender-responsive policies, care economy frameworks, intersectional approaches to climate justice, women’s economic empowerment, and enhancing women’s representation in global decision-making spaces. It produces blogs, webinars, and thought pieces, often featuring discussants from like-minded and inspiring organizations working on similar issues. The group meets regularly at 15:00 CET on the last Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
